1. What support is available?

Only the public guides linked below are available on this website. There is no verified way here to submit a question, incident or privacy request to SunCroix; the needs form on the homepage creates a draft on your device, not a submitted ticket. No helpdesk staffing, hours or service-level agreement is claimed.

Amazon's Website Guidelines require at least one direct contact method for support or inquiries. Agreement D-7.6 says the developer is solely responsible for technical support (if any) for its application. A documentation page does not satisfy the direct-contact requirement.

2. Start with a guide

These pages explain Amazon requirements and the proposed SunCroix direction. They do not prove that the application or a support team is operational.

3. Connecting AnHome, Sunhouse or another seller

SunCroix is being positioned as a public app for independent sellers, including AnHome and Sunhouse. Each seller must grant its own permission through Amazon's public-app OAuth flow before the application can call SP-API on that seller's behalf. Agreement D-7.4 also requires prior approval in a binding agreement for developer access to an authorized user's account. No working SunCroix authorization button, seller grant or approved role set is verified; this page cannot connect accounts. Never share Seller Central passwords or refresh tokens through these pages.

4. Revoking an existing Amazon authorization

If you have authorized an application, you can sign in to Seller Central, open Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps, find the app, choose Disable authorization and confirm. Follow Amazon's current instructions; this is general guidance, not proof that SunCroix has any active authorization. Revocation and deletion of previously stored data are separate matters. No SunCroix deletion request intake or completion process has been verified.

Sources: Revoke Authorizations; Data Protection Policy §1.7 (English-US).

5. Privacy questions and security incidents

Read the privacy notice for observed website data handling and unresolved seller-data questions; read security requirements for Amazon's controls versus unverified deployment. Do not put buyer personal information, credentials or incident evidence into the homepage draft or an unverified channel.

Amazon DPP §1.6.3 requires the solution provider to notify Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detecting a Security Incident; §1.6.5 requires an incident management point of contact. That Amazon address is not SunCroix support. A working SunCroix incident/privacy intake and responsible operator still need to be verified before any seller-data service is offered.

6. What remains before public-app review?

Verify and publish the actual company/operator identity, an independently tested direct support contact method, and an accurate pricing structure. Establish a real intake and escalation path for privacy, technical and security requests; verify seller-specific agreements, requested roles, approval status and operational controls before advertising them. This documentation cannot substitute for those steps. Amazon states that meeting its website guidelines does not guarantee approval; no release date or response SLA is promised here.
