1. Description of Service

SunCroix provides automated bookkeeping, financial reconciliation, FBA warehouse discrepancy auditing, and contribution margin intelligence software for cross-border e-commerce operators, including enterprise brand owners, high-volume FBA sellers, and multi-entity cross-border merchant organizations.

2. Account Authorization & Security

• OAuth 2.0 Official Protocol: Connection to your Amazon Seller Central account is authorized strictly via Amazon's official OAuth 2.0 authorization screen. SunCroix never asks for, receives, or stores your Amazon master account passwords.
• Tenant Isolation: Each customer operates within a cryptographically isolated tenant environment. Data from one merchant is never mixed with or accessible to another merchant.
• Authorized Representative: You represent and warrant that you possess the necessary legal authority to bind the Selling Partner account to these Terms.

3. Permitted Use & Amazon Policy Compliance

Customers agree to use SunCroix exclusively for lawful commercial purposes. You agree to adhere to all applicable Amazon Marketplace policies, including Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement and Program Policies. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or breach the security architecture of the platform.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

• Your Business Data: You retain complete ownership of all data ingested from your Amazon Seller Central account. SunCroix claims zero ownership over your store metrics, catalog, or financial facts.
• SunCroix Software: SunCroix retains all intellectual property rights, trademarks, algorithms, user interfaces, and software code related to the platform.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimers

While SunCroix strives for 99.9% platform uptime and reliable data sync, the software is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Financial calculations depend on data supplied via Amazon SP-API endpoints. Sellers are advised to review automated reconciliation reports before taking major commercial inventory decisions.

6. Termination & Disconnection Rights

You may disconnect your Amazon store and terminate service at any time:

• Directly from Amazon Seller Central via Manage Your Apps.
• Or by contacting our support team at support@suncroix.com.

Upon termination, all associated data is permanently erased within 30 days in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP).
